A guesthouse or a salon thinks in monthly costs, not capital projects — and a young business can’t always risk a whole lump sum on something that might outlive it. So instead of one large payment, the cost is spread gently across the months. Little by little, what you’ve paid counts up — until it has covered the build and the site is yours outright, exactly as it would be had you paid in full on day one.
This is not rent. A subscription bills forever and you own nothing at the end. This is the opposite: every payment moves you closer to owning it, and then it stops. You end with the keys, the code and your data — the same full ownership Studio Nefes always hands over, simply reached at a pace a small business can carry.
